Terms & Conditions

• The purpose of this contract is an ORDER for goods in PROFORMA stated above.
• The delivery term of the same is before May 2024
• This contract is intended to regulate the commercial relationship between OHFX ENTERTAINMENT S.L. (the COMPANY) and the Client (PROFESSIONAL). In this way, the PROFESSIONAL asserts that it is a PROFESSIONAL duly authorized under US Laws to carry out its work in events for third parties.
• For such purposes, the COMPANY and PROFESSIONAL undertake to respond to any public and/or private administrative body for the non-payment of taxes and/or social contributions and/or fees derived from this commercial relationship, also assuming, in advance, the payment of possible sanctions and/or fines that are imposed on the other party for non-compliance with its fiscal and/or social and/or tax obligations originating from this commercial relationship, as well as the damages derived from its actions and/or omissions.
• The PROFESSIONAL undertakes to carry out its work in accordance with the laws and regulations of its country, county and/or municipalities. By virtue of the provisions of current national and international legislation, the PROFESSIONAL recognizes the intellectual and industrial property rights of the COMPANY over all the products advertised on its website: www.entertainmentfx.us.
• The PROFESSIONAL undertakes not to reproduce, copy, modify or adapt, as well as not to communicate, publish, disclose, facilitate, distribute, register or commercially exploit any of the works developed within this contract, and property of the COMPANY, in whose elaboration has been able to intervene, recognizing that the infringement of said rights constitutes a crime against intellectual and industrial property.
• The parties determine that the courts of the City of Coral Gables, Florida, are competent to resolve any dispute that may arise, waiving their own jurisdiction, if any.

The total amount of the Reservation payment made a the trade show is not refundable.
